Wow, another blog hop so soon after the last one? The holiday spirit must be strong in the romance/erotica blogosphere! I hope everyone had a fantastic holiday, whether you were bouncing around from party to party, or just relaxing with a good book. (Either way, I hope there were plenty of scrumptious goodies to eat and drink!)
For my little stop along the New Year's hop, I want to focus on new things. I'd like to think I learn something new with every project I start, and I'm looking forward to branching out even further. This year, I want to try my hand in a few sub-genres that are new to me, and I also want to have some of my established characters get similarly creative and adventurous. One new thing we are doing is cooking up a bunch of the recipes I have been collecting. Also, if we can get enough good recipes we are going to go meatless more. The black bean burgers look good..we will see how they taste. Hope your new year is full of love,laughter, and warm memories.

One new thing I plan to try this year is Pinterest. I set up the account a few hours ago. I'm trying to verify my website right now. (In the "sink or swim" scenario... I'd say I'm sinking! I have no idea where a metatag goes, what a index.html file is, or how clicking the upload file which just took me back to the same page that says I can click for the upload file is supposed to do anything! I'm also pretty sure I just broke something, as my page has been trying to republish itself for the last 30 mins now. Metatag bad? Trying new things... not always the best plan...)
ReplyDeleteOh no, I seem to have left a long rant! Sorry. I don't know what other new thing I'll get to try this year. I had a new flavor of sushi at the end of last year. It was called a "shaggy dog" roll. I'm pretty sure it was a veggie roll with the rice on the outside, some fake lump crabmeat which had been sliced in a fancy way, and a few panko bread crumbs on top. It was pretty good though.
